Aloo chilla or Potato Pancake Recipe

Aloo chilla is a very good option for breakfast recipe. It is very easy to make with minimum ingredients. It is an instant healthy recipe which is also known as aloo pancake Potato Pancake. In this video, you can see step by step instructions on how to make Aloo chilla recipe in Hindi language.

Aloo ka Chilla Ingredients:
Grated potato – 1
Besan – 2 Tbsp
Suji – 1 Tbsp
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder -1/2 tsp
Salt – 1tsp
Green chili – 1 finely chopped
Some Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
How to make Aloo ka Chilla or Potato Pan Cakes:
* In a bowl add besan, suji and all spices and mix well.
* Add 1 tsp oil also in it.
* With the help of very little water approximately 2 tbsp make a smooth paste.
* Now add grated aloo in it.
* mix well.
* Now take a non-stick tawa or pan, put 1/2 tsp oil.
* Pour the batter slowly and with the help of ladder spread it in round shape and make a small pancake.
* Cover and roast from both sides.
* Flip the side and roast the chilla from other side as well until it gets a little brown in color.
* Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
